Booking Request Process

At Louth Tubs for Hire, we make booking simple and personal.
Just submit your booking request using our online form, and we'll get back to you to confirm availability. Once confirmed, a £50 non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your hire, which will be deducted from the final price.

Deposit Required

To confirm your booking, we require a non-refundable £50 deposit to be paid. This deposit helps secure your reservation.

🔒 Cooling-Off Period
You have a 24-hour cooling-off period after paying the deposit, during which you can cancel your booking for a full refund of the deposit. After this period, the deposit is non-refundable.

Set-Up and Maintenance

Our team will handle the set-up of the hot tub at your location and provide you with detailed instructions on how to maintain it throughout your hire period. We want you to enjoy a relaxing experience, so we take care of the logistics while you focus on unwinding in the comfort of your own hot tub.

What you'll need to provide?

A clean garden hose and water supply – you’ll need to complete filling after we set up.
A flat, clean surface such as grass, patio, or decking.
A safe power source (indoor or outdoor) – we provide a 15m extension lead and waterproof socket connector.
10 minutes to run through how to use your hot tub.

 

Want more time in your tub? If you fill it with warm water, you can start relaxing up to 20 hours sooner, as you won’t have to wait for it to fully heat up!
